Today I went to Crane beach with friends visiting from Colorado. It was not the sunny blue sky day that we left behind in Belmont. More of a moody ocean day: cold, windy, and over cast. Perfect still. The sand and sea make inspiring landscapes of texture, color, and shapes. I am not sure what these images will lead too in my art but the beach walk was purely meditative and also inspirational.
