Black Chemise #13
acrylic on handmade paper

One of my favorite slip paintings sold recently - Black Chemise # 13.  This is acrylic on about a 10.5 inch square handmade paper that I get in Taos, New Mexico.  I love working with this paper.  The painting is mounted on a smaller canvas so when hung on the wall it appears to float.  This sale is sweet news after a very busy month of May writing articles for the Palette Magazine and doing marketing for the Rocky Neck Gallery now open for the season.  I am finally back to painting (and I hope the blog) working on a new series.

I also blog for the Rocky Neck Gallery so you can follow the gallery news there!
