Yesterday a big sign telling me to get back to the studio arrived - a box of art supplies from Dick Blick. I made it there today and it felt good and a little strange too. I have been away far to long. Not by choice just other work demands. Happily though I play with paint and pencil. Nothing grand is accomplished - just showing up feels good.
